About
A brief history…
Throughout his entrepreneurial career, Nick has built up a portfolio of work and has developed several businesses. He loves a new venture because every challenge helps him hone his skills to help others grow their businesses, deliver their projects, and achieve their potential.
Some were for passion, some were money makers, and some were just ideas that needed to see the light of day. But whichever they were, you can bet that had dedication and commitment poured into them… it is what he does best.
“I’m passionate about people! I love to ensure the design, development and delivery of all things ‘people’ is inclusive, fair and equitable. I thrive on helping people create person-centred approaches. Whatever the service, whatever the sector, my focus is on people. That means you, your colleagues, your clients, and you customers.”
Nick
Below are what Nick focusses on now:
Training and Consultancy
Nick established his training and consultancy service in 2009. He operated under the brand IN:EQUALITY initially because most of the training he provided was focussed on equality and inclusion (which is still a significant portion of his training today), but over the years his skills in business development grew and he now delivers a wide range of training and consultancy services to private, public and voluntary sector organisations.

Umbrella Cymru
Nick is also the founding Director of Umbrella Cymru, a national charity that provides a range of support services specialising in gender and sexual identity.
His dedication for embedding and advancing LGBTQ+ people’s rights has seen the service expand existentially since he set it up in 2015. The service now offers support to LGBTQ+ people of all ages, and their families, throughout Wales.
The service works in partnership with Police, Social Services, and the NHS as well as working closely with a variety of other charities and public sector departments.
